Common questions about the plans.

Which plans are there?
Gemwise comes in three plans: Starter for solo jewelers, Professional with the full ERP, and Premium for store chains. Setup, training and data migration are included in every plan, along with the certified TSE. We work out the right plan and the terms together in the demo.
What happens to the data from my old till?
Data migration is included in every plan: we import your products, customers and stock levels for you. Up to 1.000 products in Starter, up to 5.000 in Professional and up to 20.000 in Premium. You won't be starting from zero.
How long does setup take?
We handle the setup together with you: data import, configuration and training are part of the setup fee (2 hours of training in the Starter and Professional plans, 4 hours of personal onboarding in Premium). Most stores are ready to go within a few days.
Is the TSE included at no extra cost?
Yes. The certified cloud TSE is included in every Gemwise plan, with every transaction signed and the TSE QR code printed on the receipt. There are no hidden fiscal fees.
Which add-on modules are there?
Currently available: the workshop and repair module, additional POS terminals, additional stores, the card terminal connection and premium support 24/7, which is already included in the Premium plan. We're glad to share the terms in the demo.
Does Gemwise work with multiple stores?
Yes. With the multi-store module you manage all locations centrally: a shared product range, stock transfers between stores and reports per location. Roles and multi-factor login control who can see and change what.
