Gemwise is developed by Flownova AI & IT Services GmbH in Walsrode, right in the middle of Lower Saxony. When you call, you reach the people who built the system.
Why Gemwise
A POS system that takes jewelers seriously.
Jewelers work with carats and repair estimates, with deposits and engravings. Yet most POS systems treat a pair of wedding rings like a bag of bread rolls. Gemwise is different. It was built for the jewelry trade from the start, from the repair workflow down to the price history of every single item.
Just as important: the tax office. KassenSichV, GoBD and DSFinV-K, the German fiscal requirements, are built into Gemwise rather than bolted on afterwards. Every receipt is TSE-signed, every entry is archived so it can't be tampered with, and every export is ready at the press of a button.
And when something doesn't work, you call us. There's no call center and no ticket system. You talk directly to the people who built the system and know your business.
